We exist to bridge the gap between people with disability and the wider community.

Meet our Crew

OUR EMPLOYMENT PATHWAY MODEL

We’re famous for our cafe, but what is lesser known about is our training model behind-the-scenes. People with disability enter our All Things Equal network through our pre-employment cooking cchool. From there, they can apply for work in our cafe. And, ultimately, we work with our trainees to secure long-term mainstream employment, outside of our cafe doors.
