Creating equal opportunities through hospitality
All Things Equal is a Melbourne based charity and social enterprise creating award wage employment, purposeful training and pathways to rewarding careers in hospitality for people with disability.
Through our three step Employment Pathway Model, trainees build the practical skills, confidence, independence and industry connections they need to thrive at work. From tailored training to supported employment and transition into the wider workforce, we create opportunities that recognise what people with disability are capable of and give them the support to build lasting careers.
